  • My Aged Care A single point of access to Government and non-Government information and services for older Australians.
  • NSW Council on the AgeingCOTA is a peak organisation for older people in NSW and provides a comprehensive information service.
  • The Accommodation Rights Service of NSWTARS is an information, legal and advocacy service for residents of Commonwealth funded hostels and nursing homes, residents of self care retirement villages and recipients of in-home aged care.
  • Carers NSW Carers NSW is a peak organisation undertaking a range of projects to support relatives or friends caring for people with a disability, mental health problem, chronic condition or who are frail aged.
  • Centrelink The Australian Government agency provides information and coordinates pension and benefit payments.
  • Department of Veteran Affairs Home Care The Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) program provides low level home care services to eligible veterans and war widows and widowers.
  • Alzheimers NSW is a not for profit organisation providing information and involved in researching cures for Alzheimers Disease.
  • Vision Australia is a not for profit organisation providing services, facilities and information for people with vision impairment.
  • Guide Dogs NSW exists to enhance the quality of life of people living with blindness or impaired vision by assisting in their achievement of independence through access and mobility.
  • Lifeline Northern Beaches is a registered charity providing general counselling, telephone counselling and crisis support.
  • Housing NSW is an agency of the Department of Family & Community Services (FACS) it provided a range of housing solutions to meet the needs of low income individuals and families.
  • NSW Trustee and Guardian provides professional and independent trustee services, writing wills, acting as executor for deceased estates, administering powers of attorney and delivering financial services.
  • NSW Fair Trading safeguards the rights of all consumers and advises business and traders on fair and ethical practice.
  • Roads and Maritime Services is a NSW government agency delivering safe and efficient journeys throughout NSW and is responsible for licencing and registration of vehicles (any driver diagnosed with dementia must report to this agency)
  • Multicultural Community Advisory Service provides information, counselling, support, advice and advocacy to older people, carers and younger people with disabilities from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds living in the boundaries of the North Sydney local health district
  • The Translating and Interpreting Service A national translating and interpreting service provided by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection for people who do not speak English and for agencies and businesses that need to communicate with their non-English speaking clients.
