Administration Assistant

  • Located on the northern shores of Sydney Harbour
  • Part-Time – 17.5 hours per week
  • $401 to $478 per week plus superannuation

An exciting opportunity currently exists within the Library Services Team at Mosman Council. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person who is keen to kick start their career working in a professional team environment.

Reporting to the Manager Library Services, the Administration Assistant will carry out a range of clerical tasks to support the Library Services team. Clerical duties include filing, photocopying and monitoring and ordering of stationery and photocopier supplies.

The successful applicant will have completed their Higher School Certificate and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The working hours for this position will be from 9.00am until 12.30pm from Monday to Friday.
