Mosman Council – Aged and Disability Services provides a range of services aimed at meeting the needs of Mosman residents who are frail older people or younger people with disabilities, and their carers.
We offer an Information, Referral, Support and Advocacy Service. (See Clients Rights and Responsibilities). You are welcome to provide feedback as a client; have someone speak on your behalf and be assured that confidentiality is maintained.Mosman Council is a provider of transport, meals and social support through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Mosman Council offers a Community Links program to support frail, older people living in their own home.
Support is provided by trained volunteers who assist with social support and various tasks such as shopping, outings, transport to appointments and other activities.

The Saturday Social Group is designed for Mosman residents over the age of 65 who experience memory loss. This is a full day outing from 9am to 3pm with pick-up and drop-off service from the home. Transport, entry fees, morning tea and lunch are provided.
When: First and third Saturday of each month
