Customer Service Officer

- From $54,523 to $65,617 per annum plus superannuation
The Customer Service team is the principal point of contact for customer enquiries including parking permits, waste, rates payment and lodgement of development applications. Team members play a major part in ensuring good public relations, working across both front desk operations and Council’s contact centre.
An exciting opportunity now currently exists within the Customer Service function for an enthusiastic person who is keen to further their career working in a professional team environment.
Reporting to the Manager Customer Service, the Customer Service Officer will ensure all customers are welcomed and dealt with in an expedient manner referring enquiries to the appropriate area of business within Council. The role also ensures the effective follow through and progression of enquiries to point of resolution through Council’s system.
