Customer Support Officer

  • Salary from $54,523 to $65,617 per annum plus superannuation

Mosman Council is looking for an experienced administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills to assist the Engineering department. Reporting to the Manager Engineering, you will be responsible for answering customer enquiries and provide general administrative support to our friendly Engineering team, which includes Traffic and Transport, Project, Civil and Asset Management staff.

As a community contact point, you will be able to direct enquiries regarding traffic and general engineering services requests, as well as preparing standard correspondence and maintaining spreadsheet records. You will also assist with coordinating Traffic Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Your top-notch customer service skills, desire to learn and attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.
