Manager Property and Works

- Up to $140,000 total package
An exciting opportunity currently exists to lead the Property and Works team at Mosman Council. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven person with solid experience and expertise in asset and infrastructure management, overseeing the development, design and implementation of Council’s asset management processes to achieve best practice.
The Manager Property and Works is responsible for the leading the strategic planning for the section within Council identified priorities, including keeping the community informed of initiatives. In this position you will develop and manage risk, budget facilities and resources associated with infrastructure works.
The role is responsible for managing Council’s Rapid Response function, acting as Superintendent for all Property and Works contracts and reviewing Council’s system of contract management to ensure continual improvements and integration across Council’s departments.
You will bring your experience in a senior leadership position, superior contract and infrastructure management skills and excellent project management ability. If you have qualifications in Engineering, Construction or Building or a related field, significant experience in leading the delivery of a range of asset management processes and meet the selection criteria then this job is for you!
