Council doubles heritage conservation fund15 May 2019
Mosman Council has voted unanimously to double Mosman’s Heritage Fund and increase grant amounts by at least 50%. Council will double the Fund from $30,000 to $60,000, and increase available grant amounts from $1,000 – $3,000, to $1,500 – $5,000.

One of the most coveted and longest running art awards for young people aged 12-21, more than 300 submissions were received from across NSW and interstate, with 208 works selected for exhibition and 20 prizes awarded to talented young artists.

Council Launches Hub for Young Entrepreneurs04 March 2019
Mosman Council has launched a new service for young people aged 17-25 years called The Young Entrepreneurs’ Hub. The initiative is in response to findings from a recent survey of young people who live or work in Mosman, which found that education and employment are high priorities for them and they want more support in these areas.
Mosman Council launches multi-year project to improve road safety around local schools15 February 2019
Mosman Council has launched an innovative new project to improve pedestrian safety around local schools. Developed in conjunction with NSW police, it will target every school in the area over a three-year period, and involve Council rangers and police working together in a comprehensive education campaign followed by intensive periods of enforcement for both speeding and parking offences.
