Mosman taps into latest version of popular MyMosman app

Mosman Council has expanded its popular resident app MyMosman to give users an even better experience.

Council has just launched its third release of the app which features a new homepage, giving quick and easy access to every section of the app and a feedback page so users can tell council what they like about the app and provide suggestions on what could make it even better. Also new is the Resident Services area, with direct links to paying rates, applying for parking permits and searching for DAs.

“MyMosman has proven to be popular with residents, with downloads well exceeding our initial targets,” General Manager Dominic Johnson said.

“With this new version, we aim to further enhance the user experience by improving the navigation of all the features of the app and allow residents to provide suggestions on what further improvements we can make to the app.

“With more people than ever accessing our websites from mobile devices, Mosman decided to develop the app in-house to provide quick access to news, events, reporting, waste information, recreational activities, community consultations and much more.”

MyMosman was launched in June 2017 to enable residents and visitors to Mosman to easily find a range of information about council news, services and events as well as some popular local activities. The app offers handy personalisation as residents can even be advised of their waste collection and clean-up dates and details based on their individual residential zones.

The new version of MyMosman is free and available from the iPhone App Store and Google Play.
