Merry Christmas from Mosman Council

Mosman Mayor Peter Abelson, Councillors and staff wish everyone in Mosman the very best for Christmas and the festive season.
At the Christmas Party held recently at Mosman Art Gallery, Mayor Abelson paid tribute to the many people in our Community who have made an outstanding contribution to Mosman over the past year. Read the Mayor’s Christmas Speech here.
Christmas Opening Hours
Apart from public holidays, the Council offices, Art Gallery and Library will be open during normal hours over Christmas with the exception of:
- 2pm closure on Friday 20, and a 3pm closure Tuesday 24 and Tuesday 31 December.
- Mosman Library will close at 5.30pm rather than 9pm on Thursday 2 January.
- Mosman Occasional Care will be closed between 20 December and 14 January.
Waste collections will continue as normal. Rangers will also be working throughout the period and can be contacted on 9978 4000.
