Customer service reception

Council’s customer service reception at Mosman Civic Centre is temporarily closed until further notice, and customer service staff are available by phone and email. For customer service assistance residents can contact Council on 9978 4000 or email

Council also has online payment and form options available online.

Council invites residents to subscribe to its ‘Mosman Now’ e-newsletter for emailed updates on changes to its services, and measures in response to COVID-19. The ‘Mosman Now’ e-newsletter is usually distributed quarterly, as a digital version of the newsletter mailed to all residents. At this time however special issues of the e-newsletter are being emailed on a regular basis to keep residents up to date with messages from the Mayor and Council, as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve.

Residents can subscribe to the e-newsletter, and are also invited to download Council’s free MyMosman app, for easy access to the latest news and updates on mobile. The app is free from the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices.
