Community Transport award

Council’s Community Transport service has been named Small Community Transport Service of the Year by Community Transport Organisation Ltd (CTO).
The award recognises the service’s commitment to helping older residents stay connected, independent and engaged in the community. Judges highlighted its strong client focus, innovative programs and high-quality service delivery, including full-day trips, supported outings and the popular Local Lunch Shuttle.
The recognition also acknowledges the care and dedication shown by the team every day, ensuring residents receive reliable, personalised support.
This well-deserved award reflects the important role community transport plays in keeping our community connected.
