Courses run from the Seniors’ Centre for 5 weeks for $35 or 10 weeks for $60. (Price is GST inclusive.) Single sessions are $10.
Computer Pals is always interested in hearing from Seniors who would like to pass on their computer skills. If you would like to volunteer your time, please contact us. For more information, ring 9978 4128.
The Seniors Centre is equipped with a Broadband internet kiosk, offering older people the opportunity to discover how the web can help them stay in touch with friends and family, and provide access to the wealth of information available online. It has two computers with broadband access for use by anyone over the age of 55 in the Mosman community. Training is available and beginners are welcome.
Broadband for Seniors is part of an Australian Government initiative to increase the skills of older Australians using computers and the internet.
If you or someone you know is interested in learning more about computers and the internet, pay us a visit or contact us on 9978 4128 for more information on training and kiosk access times.

The Knitting Group knits squares and blankets for Wraps with Love. It meets every 3rd Friday of the month from 2pm-4pm, in the Volunteers’ Lounge next to Mosman Meals. If you can’t get there and would like to knit a square at home, follow these instructions:
Using garter stitch, 8-ply acrylic yarn and 4mm needles, knit a square 10 inches (25cm) square.
Drop any finished squares at the Seniors Centre for our Knitting Group members to include in their next wrap.
The Knitting Group would appreciate your donations of wool.
