Mosman Rugby Club, also known as ‘The Whales’ is one of the oldest rugby union clubs in Australia, dating back to 1893. With men competing in Division 1 of the NSW Suburban Rugby competition, Mosman fields six Grade teams, two under-21’s (colts) teams and a Masters (over 45) team.

The club is always looking for anyone that wants to play rugby at any level, support a local team or just be part of a great Club. The Whales have a long history forged on mate-ship and camaraderie with new members always welcome at Rawson Park, where they play their home fixtures. The Clubhouse, Rawson Pavilion, was built in 1991 largely funded by members of the Club, and completely renovated in 2014 with all funding from Mosman Rugby and Mosman Junior Rugby Clubs. The Club supports the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation, with proceeds from the annual Ladies Day, going towards this great cause.
