The Creation Space is a special makerspace and training lab focussing on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) programs and activities for all ages and provides a place for the community to create, learn and develop digital literacy skills.
The new learning lab, operated by Mosman Library Service, supports the development of imagination, innovation and inspiration with equipment including cutting edge technology such as 3D printers, a laser cutter, robots, cricut cutting machines, 360 cameras, coding packages and VR.

The Creation Space also now has two studio spaces for filming, vlogging and podcasting to further expand creative expression and content creation.

First Wednesday of the month from February 2022. 4pm – 5pm in the Creation Space, next to Barry O’Keefe Library.
The Creative Kids program for children aged 9-12 years provides a hands-on experience to develop digital literacy, STEAM and creative skills. During these free workshops, children will get to experiment with the Library’s Creation Space kits and electronic devices. They will explore robotics, coding and design.
Science the Heck Out of This
First Tuesday of the Month at 4pm in the Creation Space, next to Barry O’Keefe Library.
Join us for a fun and creative program where teens are encouraged to use a wide range of technologies and tools to solve a series of challenges.
The only limit? Their own creativity and problem solving skills!
Each month brings a new problem to solve.
