Minutes of Traffic meetings are usually available within one week after a meeting.

Council refers all traffic related matters to the Local Traffic Committee (LTC) which advises Council accordingly. The LTC is chaired by an elected Councillor, and includes one voting member from Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW), NSW Police, and a representative from the Local Member of Parliament's Office.
Traffic Committee meetings are held in the Council Chambers and commence at 10am.
Traffic Committee meeting dates are subject to change depending on the number of items to be reported and with the concurrence of the Chairman of the Traffic Committee.
