Mosman Community Transport is working closely with Transport for NSW to address the challenge of Coronavirus COVID 19 and support the containment efforts.
Our priority is the safety of our customers, staff and volunteers. We are offering individual on-demand services throughout the week for essential services only such as medical appointments. Mosman Council staff and volunteers are also able to provide a shopping service for priority residents. All other social excursions have been suspended until further notice. For Transport for NSW advice relating to COVID-19 visit: Travel information and advice
Are you finding it difficult to get to medical and hospital appointments, visiting, shopping, library, social activities, the community restaurant and Wednesday outings?
You may be eligible to use Community Transport. (Conditions apply.)
This service provides flexible door to door accessible transport options for frail older people, younger people with a disability and their carers who live in Mosman. It benefits people who are no longer able to drive and are unable to use public transport.
There are also popular bus trips for active, independent over 55s on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. The bus leaves from the Council car park at 9:00am.
The costs to use the service vary but are kept to a minimum.
Council’s Community Buses have limited availability for hire to community groups.
