For help with everyday tasks or even just a listening ear, Mosman Community Care can match you up with one of our local volunteers.

They can help with:

• Grocery shopping
• Social trips to see friends
• Medical appointments
• Keeping active with walks
• Visits to the hairdresser

A volunteer can meet you at your home or provide transport to and from an activity.

Eligibility criteria applies and participants will need to be registered with My Aged Care.
