Mosman Junction Upgrade
The major upgrade to Mosman Junction is nearing the half-way point, with the third of five stages set to begin by early June on Prince Albert Street.
A to B Mosman coming soon!
Council will be launching a door-to-door transport service for residents who meet certain eligibility criteria, including those aged 65 or over who aren’t able to access existing Community Transport.
Final touch for Balmoral
The winter works, which will continue until October, are the final stage in the extensive refurbishment of the Promenade which included the replacement last year of the ageing walkway.
Community Information Evening
Mosman residents and ratepayers are invited to a community information evening on Council’s latest MOSPLAN and budget on Tuesday 8 May at 6pm in the Council Chambers.

Council has resolved to place its latest MOSPLAN on public exhibition. Following community comment, these documents will be adopted in June and come into force on July 1.
New Local Planning Panel
From 1 March 2018 the Mosman Local Planning Panel (MLPP) will replace the Mosman Development Assessment Panel (MDAP). The first meeting of the MLPP will be held on 21 March.
New Residents Guide
Council has launched a comprehensive guide to all things Mosman to ensure new residents to the area can quickly find at their fingertips a wide range of information and services.
A new look for MyMosman
Council’s resident app has been updated to give users a better experience, including a new homepage, feedback page and links to paying rates, parking permits and searching for DAs.
Strong turnout for e-waste
More than 900 people dropped off their e-waste for recycling at Mosman Council’s free e-waste drop off day. The next event will be held on Sunday 05 August 2018.
Citizens of the year
The recipients were announced by Mayor Corrigan during Mosman’s Australia Day proceedings following a Citizenship Ceremony and Australia Day Address by Kamahl.
Balmoral Promenade reopens
Balmoral Promenade has been reopened after refurbishment works were completed on schedule and within budget.
Netball court lighting concept
Mosman Council is inviting public comment on a proposal for the installation of floodlighting at the three existing netball courts at Mosman Drill Hall Common.
B-Line network changes
The NSW Government’s B-Line service began on 26 November. A number of other network changes have also come into effect. Find out more here.
Festival comes to an end
The Festival of Mosman has drawn to a close for 2017 after 10 days of festivities with strong attendances recorded at the 50 community and council events held throughout Mosman.

On 10 October Mosman’s Mayor, Cr Carolyn Corrigan, announced the winners of Council’s recent Postcards from the Future competition.
Imagining Mosman's Future
Mosman Council is seeking feedback from residents and ratepayers about what they like best (and least) about living in Mosman and what their ideal ‘Future Mosman’ might be.
Mosman residents and visitors can now easily find a range of information about Council news, services and events as well as some popular local activities thanks to a newly launched app called MyMosman.
Parking app streets ahead
Mosman motorists are now able to locate available parking within the main shopping precinct of Mosman and Spit Junction through a newly launched Mosman-specific parking app.
Mosman Design Awards winners
A home described as “a beautifully crafted architectural experience from beginning to end” has received the overall award for Contribution to the Built Environment at the 2017 Mosman Design Awards.
