Remembrance Day

Mosman has marked Remembrance Day with a solemn service at the Mosman War Memorial next to Allan Border Oval.
Mosman Mayor Carolyn Corrigan was among those to address the gathering of about 200 people who turned out to pay their respects.
Each year on the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month, a minute's silence is observed and dedicated to those soldiers who died fighting to protect the nation.
The local Remembrance Day Service is held by the Mosman RSL sub-Branch with support from Mosman Council.
