DA/CDC fee payment appointment

Follow the steps below to book an appointment to pay the fees that are required to be paid before a Construction Certificate or a Complying Development Certificate can be issued. Please note you will need to provide the following items to your fee payment appointment:

• Cost Summary Report completed by the builder with name, company, signature and builders licence number or a Quantity Surveyors Report if applicable
• Payment – credit cards incur a 1% merchant fee. Council accepts personal and bank cheques made out to Mosman Council
