Northern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils
After discussing the best way forward for Mosman in relation to its membership of a regional organisation of councils, it was resolved by Council that Mosman formally withdraw from membership of the Shore Regional Organisation of Councils (SHOROC) and join the Northern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (NSROC). The Mayor Carolyn Corrigan and Deputy Mayor Roy Bendall were appointed as Mosman Council’s delegates to NSROC, with Councillor Tom Sherlock and Councillor David Cook appointed as alternate delegates.
Council also resolved that, after a period of six months, a report be submitted to Council on the tangible benefits to Mosman from NSROC membership.
