Council has reintroduced its COVID-19 Outdoor Public Spaces Action Plan 2021-22 to assist staff in managing popular local beaches and major public spaces during the pandemic.
Rangers and COVID Safety Marshals will be visiting beaches and other popular public spaces to monitor the areas and educate the public about current NSW government public health orders.
Additional COVID-safe messaging reminding residents to observe physical distancing rules will also be displayed around popular locations.
