Notice of Adoption of amendment Plan of Management – Rosherville Reserve and Chinamans Beach

Council adopted the Rosherville Reserve and Chinamans Beach Plan of Management at the 4 November 2025 Council meeting.

Under Clause 2A, Section 40 of the Local Government Act 1993, if a council adopts an amended plan without public exhibition of the amended draft plan, it must give public notice of that adoption, and of the terms of the amended plan of management, as soon as practicable after the adoption.

The adopted Plan of Management includes minor amendments made after the public exhibition of the draft Rosherville Reserve and Chinamans Beach Plan of Management. The amendments are minor in nature and include amendments to incorporate feedback received from public exhibition, the updating of outdated policy references and rectifying typographical errors.
