Agendas for the Local Transport Forum (LTF) meetings will be available one week prior to the meeting. Minutes of the LTF meetings will be available within two weeks of the meeting.
About the Local Transport Forum
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is modernising the Local Traffic Committee (LTC) and is renamed as Local Transport Forum (LTF) with effect from August 2025.
The LTF will continue with the same core members (plus bus operators where affected) as the former LTC and provides advice to support Council. It is to be noted that the LTF has no voting, does not issue approvals or make decisions. The LTF operates in accordance with the 2025 Authorisation and Delegation to Councils and requirements of TfNSW.
LTF meetings will generally be conducted electronically on a quarterly basis with the option of calling face-to-face meetings on a needs basis to discuss complex/significant issues in relation to traffic and parking and matters of broad concern to residents.
