Community rally: HMAS Penguin

A community rally will be held at Balmoral Rotunda on Sunday 11 October in support of retaining HMAS Penguin in public ownership.
The rally, organised by the Headland Preservation Group, will run from 11am to 12.30pm.
Council at its September meeting endorsed the holding of a community rally, deeming the proposed federal sale of HMAS Penguin as a matter of exceptional significance to the Mosman community. The issue has been the subject of extensive advocacy by Council and Mayor Ann Marie Kimber.
