Notice of Revocation of Interim Heritage Order – 50 Almora Street

Council under Section 29 of the Heritage Act 1977, has revoked an Interim Heritage Order over the property 50 Almora Street, Mosman (LOT: 3 DP: 1350).

The revocation of the Interim Heritage Order was published in the NSW Government Gazette on Friday 23 January 2026.

The reason for the revocation of the Interim Heritage Order is that on further investigation the property has been found to not meet the heritage threshold criteria for listing as a local heritage item under Mosman Local Environmental Plan 2012.

Under Section 29(5)(c) of the NSW Heritage Act 1977 Council is required to bring notice to the attention of members of the public in the area in which the item is situated that Council has revoked the Interim Heritage Order over 50 Almora Street, Mosman.
