Youth Art Prize winners announced

A celebration of the next generation of artists has launched at Mosman Art Gallery.

Hundreds of works from up-and-coming talent is featured in the 2025 Mosman Youth Art Prize, on display until 4 May.

On Friday 28 March, more than 500 people celebrated the announcement of the winners at the exhibition opening, with 245 aspiring artists selected as finalists. Their artworks include works on paper, paintings, photography, prints, sculpture, video, textile and ceramics.

Judge David Griggs – the 2023 Mosman Art Prize winner - was tasked with the challenge of selecting the prize winners.

The Mosman Youth Art Prize has been running since 1988 when it was founded by Mosman local, internationally-renowned artist Ken Done AM.
