Mosman residents who don’t already have a library card, can register for an eCard membership online for instant free access to eLibrary collections, including eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, streaming movies, research databases and more.
Residents can upgrade to a full membership at any time. Proof of address is required when joining and instructional videos can be viewed at mosman.nsw.gov.au/library/elibrary to explain how to access and use some of the online resources.
