As you may be aware, Mosman is being affected by the NSW Government's housing policies.
We get a lot of questions about the differences between applications assessed under Low and Mid-Rise Housing Policy and those that are declared State Significant Developments.
To help explain, here’s an update on two of the latest development applications submitted.
