Supporting all abilities

Council is helping build connections with inclusive programs and disability service providers for the benefit of Mosman residents.
A recent morning of sports and activities was held at Marie Bashir Mosman Sports Centre as part of Abilities Unleashed, a national initiative by Disability Sports Australia to promote active pathways for people with disabilities.
More than 20 participants and carers joined the day of activities that aimed to promote the physical and mental health benefits of exercise, social wellbeing, friendships, and community connection, as well as strengthening balance, coordination and mobility.
